So what message were they trying to send? Can we get details please. Was it photo shoot for a movie? It looks like they were shy wearing the kilt, otherwise they would have all stood up for the photos.

why didn't they wear it the exact way the Scottish wear this their native dress? I even spot them wearing leggings with it nauh nauh it's socks with skirt and a jacket.
