Is it the same plea bargain that will see them return 200k (a less-than fraction of 22.8B)?? Lets face it, plea bargain in Nigeria is a sham, so it should be discouraged. Whoever stole MUST return all the money and go to jail. Simple.

The amount of money stolen by this individual can dualize the BENIN - OKENE expressway, and leave him with plenty of change.. His family can never be hungry again. This Adesola Amosu guy has no name to protect, and does not care how many fellow NIGERIANS starve to death.
