Honorable commissioner for Urban Renewal Karo Illo rode a power bike with his wife to attend the Delta @ 25 celebration yesterday at the Cenotaph, Asaba. Delta state is celebrating its 25 years of existence and as part of activities for the celebration, the state government organized a cultural parade.
