The incident allegedly happened at BCJ area in Apata, Ibadan 2 days ago. According to the eyewitnes, a Hausa man came to buy a bag of rice close to where she worked. He gave the woman N20,000 (1000 and 500 notes).
As soon as the man left, the woman wanted to reconfirm the money, only to discover that the money has changed to 10 naira and 5 naira denominations as pictured below.
