19-Year-Old Kylie Jenner just purchased another house in Los Angeles, per Trulia. The growing beauty mogul dropped $12 million for a house in the Hidden Hills neighborhood, just a few months after she spent a $6 million mansion in the same neighborhood, as well as the $4.5 million house next door. That means the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star scooped up three new houses all before she turned 21.
The 13,200-square-foot Cape Cod-style house has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and sits on 1.4 acres of land. Kylie's new house also has a gourmet kitchen, home theater, game room, pool, spa and massage room, which could possibly mean that this will outdo her other houses' glam rooms. It's safe to say that Kylie will be perfectly comfortable if she chooses to never leave this luxurious house!
Real estate is in the Jenner women's blood as of late, as Kendall Jenner scooped up a $6.5 million home of her own, right across the street from Jimmy Kimmel.
Not only has Kylie been treating herself to some luxuries, she also has been splurging on her pals. Recently the E! star gifted BFF Jordyn Woods with a diamond Cartier LOVE bracelet, which retails for $14,600, for her birthday. "There's no words to describe how I feel.. I just don't know what I did to deserve this," Woods wrote on Instagram at the time. "I can never thank @kyliejenner for motivating me to always do my best and always opening up new opportunities."
