  I need a girl friend for a serious relationship but i dont seems to be able to take to ladies and they keep tell me am sweet to be with but i just cant ask them out..how do i do dis?

since you can't talk much, then do much.

draw her attention by giving her gifts, take her out, make her ur friend
without talking much, let her feel at home with u, invite her over BUT dont touch her at first.

She will come again, try some  funny play. You are getting there.
