Man Masturbates In Front Of A Female Hostel, Threatens To Rape Who Challenged Him In Benin

An occupant of the hostel which is located in Benson Idahosa University, Benin narrated this incident. According to her, the man was looking at the girls and masturbating publicly opposite their hostel. When shouted out, He dared them to come out and face him, threatening to not only beat but segxwally assault them. Sadly, porters at the hostel said they couldn't chase the pervert away because he's on a government road.
