A video footage has emerged showing how Ex-boxing weight champion, Bash Ali, was prevented from seeing Nigeria's sports Minister, Solomon Dalung, after he was giving an appointment at the Federal Secretariat Complex in Abuja yesterday. He was prevented by the minister's security aides who blocked the entrance to the office building. The boxing champion who revealed that he is an Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) refused to leave as he said he can't be prevented from seeing the minister who has 'nothing to his name'... He also said that president Muhammadu Buhari must hear what is going on and that something must happen..either the minister leaves or he leaves. Some policemen were also seen begging the boxing champion in a bid to calm his nerves.

so sad that nigeria as a country is still backward with this wayward leaders in power, what is wrong for you to see a hero that has contributed to the nation, well like he said .. nigeria is a country that celebrate criminal not the hero, who is solomon to keep Ali outside when he has an appointment with him, so sad that nigeria is still a shadown of itself... shame shame shame

He called a minister in Nigeria names and we feel its funny.Whatever he has done for himself,he got paid and made financial gains from it. I am an accountant and Nigeria is not supposed to pay me if i do my work well and made a living out of it.I dont know the problem with this mad man.The gate takings in all his fights were never shared by the government by any agreement,so why bother Nigeria with any wish wish fight you think they should sponsore.Gone are those where anyone can dupe us. Come to think of it,has Bash alli ever represented nigeria in Olympics,commonwealth and african games?if we fall for this antics what happens to those boxers that fought only team nigeria and never had the opportunity to go pro due to injury they had while representing Nigeria?Nigeria should honour her real athletes with respect. Businessmen and conmen like Bash alli should always be reminded that "you can not eat your cake and still have it"An agbero Dalung is better than him

this bash ali sounds a bit arrogant. why is he calling the security guy an illiterate? and he still expects the security man to let him through. he says he's carrying no gun or bomb. what of the gloves? that's his weapon as a boxer. or he might even decide to finish d minister with his bare knuckles. anyway dalung deserves ali 's knuckles.
