Love is not really the issue when it comes to Religion....
Speaking as a Muslim.... I think you are fine.... if you are in love wonderful.....you don't really have an issue...it has to do with the children born of the union and which religion they will be born into. Since he is Muslim he would expect his children be raised in the Islamic / Muslim tradition.....so it is fine for the men to marry outside their faith but for this reason Muslim women are restricted from marrying outside their faith....

thats true. muslim women were not allowed to marry outside their faith but their men can marry anybody so far he is raising her as muslim.

I suppose so, but you know my family is happy if you can find someone you have a joy of being with and are compatible with.

I suppose so, but you know my family is happy if you can find someone you have a joy of being with and are compatible with.
u have a good family then cos in nigeria most people don't marry who they love. [1] ur parents wouldn't allow u to marry outside ur tribes. an igbo girl can not be allowed to marry an housa, yuroba, or vice versa of any tribes.[2] girls of nowadays are always in a hurry to marry. once they see somebody with money & ready for marriage, they will jump into that marriage & forget their boy friends.
