How violent is wearing the veil? A muslim woman HAS to cover her head... It is unconditional & a core part of the religion. You xtians take religion casually.... WE DONT!!!!! The muslim woman is allowed to cover her head, but she does not have to wear a buccha on the street does she? The France law does not stop a muslim woman from covering her head. It is covering her entire face and body where nobody can identify whom she is on the street is the problem. Why can't you see what they are trying to tell you? In other moslem countries, women cover their head, but they do not cover their entire face and body do they, and they are still considered moslem women arent they? Omatu... the xtian i respect most here. Thts simply not good enough. If a sister wants to wear the Niqab its her business. The danger is that co-ordinated actions will lead to furthur policies and bannings if this particular ban is left unchallenged. They managed to ban the covering of the head entirely in their schools. If this passes then dont you think they'll go a step furthur in the near future? If u give me a dirty slap and i keep quiet... ul be tempted to give me an even dirtier one in the future. Bonz, I am not sure if they banned the covering of head entirely in their schools, if that is the case, it should be revisited. What I heard is that they banned the covering of entire body including the entire face like a buccha style wear. It is not the woman's business to cover her entire body and face in France. This is the law of the land. I welcome your co-ordination to challenge the law because that is how democracy works. I do not welcome going into third world war because of buccha banning in France. We need to do things in moderation. Christians will object the covering of the head ban because we are supposed to cover our heads in order to have authority over the angels according to the scriptures.
