Reactions have continued to trail the statement of Nigerian billionaire and philanthropist, Femi Otedola over his reasons for not wearing wrist watch.
While responding to a fan on instagram Otedola refers the wrist watch as an archaic object stating he started using it when he was 12 and stopped using it 3 years ago as technology has put an end to archaic materials.
Following this, controversial media personality, daddy freeze disagrees to the billionaire’s opinion on wrist watch claiming using of a wrist watch is personal and a matter of choice as it is known to be a time piece.
Notable comedian, Gbenga Adeyinka, in his comment gave a mixed reaction to the statement claiming the billionaire is right as you can check time on your mobile phone but disagrees with him as he love wristwatches and doesn’t see them as a time telling device alone.
Also reacting to the statement statement, Hannah Ezekiel, Bemigho Awala, Sammy Hassan and popular female talking drummer, Ara, agrees with otedola’s point of view stating they don’t feel bothered if they use wrist watch or not as it is of less importance and belongs to the last century.
