women can be better boss but the only problem her is that they will not give one room to shake around. you knw what am saying.

Men will allow you to shake around freely.

Well, it also depends on the person and not the gender.

 women do makes a good boss, but the men makes more of a boss, cos God had said in the begening that man is the head of the house in his word, so also it will bee in the office, know one can cheng that, even satan who wose nest to god couldent do that, then not to talk abaut now, thanks,
