Believe u me every normal man is capable of doing that except there's what is called SELF CONTROL they observe. You should see my wife. She's very beautiful and many times over the 14 years we've been married, I catch myself just staring at her. But that has not stopped me from admiring and appreciating other beautiful women and that feeling is totally under my control just as it is equally under your control. It's a choice you have to make.

This is just a habit you have develope for urself and out of self control.  Change your mind set and watch the kind of friends, keep your self busy something else, at least to take ur mind of shirt,   and pray.
