Nigerian Philanthropist Sacks His Female Staff Via Facebook Post

A Nigerian employer identified as ‘Amb Dion Osagietv’ has fired one of his staff via a Facebook post.

The employer, who shared the ‘sack notification’ on his Facebook timeline, also went further to wish the staff well.

From the photo shared, it was gathered that Blessing, the staff was fired over her absence from work without notifying her employer or teammates.

Taking to Facebook, her employer, ‘Amb Dion Osagietv’ urged her to return the company properties.

In Nigeria, it is not uncommon for employers to fire their employees via social media.

She didn’t take her job serious, she supposed to have tell the boss incase she’s going through any difficulties personally.
