Borno State Governor's Convey Attacked By Boko Haram Militants On Eid-El-Kabir

The Borno State Governor got more than he bargained when members of the Islamic militant sect, the Boko Haram opened fire on his convey while travelling through the state. Governor Babagana Zulum has been known for his down to earth approach when it comes to dealing with residents of his state and with the insurgence in general. The security details and military stationed on the streets had to take to their arms to protect the Governor, who was under heavy fire from the insurgence.
