WAIT UNTILL I GO ROUND THE STATES...THE FEW ONES I HAVE SEEN SO FAR ARE BASICALLY DOING THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES AS IT IS DEMANDED, WHICH IS WHY THEY ARE THERE.  THEY ARE ALL USING PART OF THE PEOPLES MONEY TO DO WHATEVER THEY ARE DOING AS PROJECT, WHILE THE REST OF THE FUNDS ARE SQUANDERED. UNTIL THEY ARE FAITHFUL WITH FUNDS, THAT IS WHEN KUDOS WILL BE JUSTIFIED.
