Nigerian actress Damilola Adegbite has shed light on events that led to her split with Ghanaian actor and ex husband, Chris Attoh.
According to Dami, her divorce with Chris was not as painful as many assumed and she never shed a tear after breaking up with him although they have a child together.
The Nigerian actress indicated in an interview she did not feel empty when Chris left because she never expected much from him in their relationship.
She went on to say the only regret she had after deciding to settle down with a man like Chris Attoh was the fact that the actor slept with her and a child came from that.
Damilola explained that her 7 year old son means everything to her and it pains her to know that Chris Attoh is the father, aside that, she has no regrets deciding to marry him.
When she was asked what led to their divorce, Damilola did what she has been doing for the past 4 years, she swerved the question and said she prefers to give that answer to her son who has already began asking for his father.
Chris and Damilola married on the Val’s day of the year 2015 in a beautiful ceremony held in Ghana.
The two actors who met while shooting the television series Tinsel found love and decided to expand their affection from set to real life.
Although they married in the month of love and on the day day of love, Valantine’s Day, their love story ended sadly and Chris has gone on to marry other women.
