Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Cross Okonkwo has revealed how negative stories pointing around his late father during the time of his death distressed his entire family.
According to Cross, all the negativities spoken by people about his late father made all his family members relocate out of the country until all things could cool down.
Not taking it much into consideration, Cross likened it to one of ‘those bad things that happens to good people’
In his words;

“It was difficult hearing different stories about my dad when he passed away. It was sad and this made my entire family to leave the country. It was one of those things and bad things happen to (good) people but we have to keep going. Hopefully, God has us covered and that is what I have been holding on to since my dad passed on.”
It can be recalled that Cross who recently posted a receipt online of how he got to spend N3Million at a club night and got chastised by fellow colleague of his, Kachi for being extravagant.
Speaking on that, Cross made it clear that it was a one in a life time event as he was trying to celebrate a cousin of his birthday.

“I don’t spend extravagantly. It was my cousin’s birthday. Me and my friends decided to celebrate my cousin. It is not something I do all the time.
