how to deal with inquiries from an online store

Share your experience, those who manage to respond to those that come from the online store, I personally don’t have enough time and people start to leave me, as distrust grows, and I just don’t have time, tried to hire a person, but he failed?

My friend recently experienced this problem, although I had long advised him to turn to https://www.makebecool.com/services/shopify-virtual-assistant , but he said that it was expensive, and in the end, when he lost a bunch of clients, he listened to me and now thanks. They got him a virtual assistant and he began to grow faster, as all the routine tasks were now performed by assistants.
