The National security Council has blamed the Islamic State, West African Province (ISWAP) is responsible for the attack on St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, that led to the death of about 38 persons on June 5.

ISWAP of Northern extraction. Give them any name you want the question is WHO ARE THE MEMBERS?  Simply tell us that terrorists from Northern Nigeria were responsible for the attack.
