Czech Republic midfielder Jakub Jankto has opened up that he's gay. He made the declaration on Monday in a video posted on Twitter saying, “I no longer want to hide myself. “Like everybody else, I want to live my life with freedom, without fears, without prejudice, without violence, but with love. “I am homos3xual and I no longer want to hide myself.”
Jankto plays for Sparta Prague. Sparta Prague’s official Twitter account retweeted the video saying, “You have our support. Live your life, Jakub,” the club added. The 27-year-old player has made 45 appearances for the Czech national side. He has also played for Italian clubs Sampdoria and Udinese.
