However, this independent will must respect the opinion of the other party.
The bible says & I paraphrase ....the desires of a married woman is to please her husband. (I Cor. 7:34)
Inasmuch as the husband is not expected to dictate the cloth his wife must always wear,(though he may REQUEST from time to time), however, the wife must also recognise that her dressing must first of all please her husband, before any other.
That means, she should not wear whatsoever her husband is not comfortable with even when she feels cool in it.

I wouldn't, however, DEMAND that she wears what I want simply for the sake of pleasing me. I would, however, be concerned if her dress wasn't decent enough--which has never happened.
