Nigerian billionaire businessman and economist, Tony Elumelu was spotted with President Joe Biden and King Charles at the Climate finance mobilization forum in Windsor Castle. Elumelu shared photos of him sharing a handshake and having a conversation with the American President and British monarch with the caption; “With King Charles III and President Joe Biden  today at Windsor castle, where they convened World Leaders for the Climate Finance Mobilization Forum”.
