In a recent podcast interview on Netflix, British actor John Boyega expressed his admiration for several Nigerian artistes, but he revealed that Wizkid holds a special place in his heart.
Boyega, who was born to Nigerian parents in Britain, stated that he likes a lot of Nigerian artists, including Burna Boy and Davido, but Wizkid has been his favorite from the very start.
During the interview, when asked about his preferred Nigerian artist, Boyega enthusiastically mentioned, “Wiz, Wizkid. I have always loved Wiz. Obviously, sorry, Burna [Boy], all of them, Davido, there’s so much, but Wiz has always had my heart from the beginning. That is who I have followed the longest.”
