I think they shuld first,
 be able to build and maintain a train station b4..,
what am i saying, let them build Good roads that
last then i wuld be convinced they are getting somewhere...

its been going on like this since I was a baby, I doubt if anything can be done.

Imagine all the money late Gen stole to foriegn country. It was recovered, but where did it go??? too many questions. I rest my case.
