My cousin raised and alarm that the girl has done something funny which resulted to her boobs producing milk. According to him, the girl must have done a kind of abortion or something of that nature. But the girl denied this accusation. Pls my pals, can Bosom of a young girl (that has not born or got pregnant b4) produce milk in the absence of pregnancy?

I will make sure my team of Doctors will carry out some test on her to make sure she has the so called Prolactinoma , I will run a special blood test on her to check if she has got high levels of prolactin in the blood, this could also cause her infertility, changes in menstruation not just producing milk from the Bosom . and also another test with unexplained milk secretion, called galactorrhea. If she has got this, Depending on the size of the tumor it may be classified as either a microprolactinoma which is more than 10mm in size or a macroprolactinoma, which is less than 10mm in size. If she has got little size of this, We will try to return prolactin secretion to normal, reduce tumor size, correct any visual abnormalities, and also restore normal pituitary functions. Please direct her to my clinic with immediate effect !!
Though u forgot to mention about a MRI scanning to detect those macroadenomas! And if they exist,they can be treated with bromocriptine or cabergoline, which will make them to shrink very quickly!
But, yes,prolactine it's the key word!
