Actor Uzor Arukwe Reacts After Being Called Out By A Fan For Having Fake Igbo Accent

Nigerian actor, Uzor Arukwe has replied a fan who was not impressed with his Igbo accent in the film ' A tribe called Judah'.

 
According to the lady, the actor over did it.
 
She wrote: "Your “igbotic” accent was too much that it became too fake and off-putting.

From an Igbo girl to you, our brothers don’t sound like that. You overdid it."
 
Replying, the actor wrote:
 
"I aporogize, I didn’t mean to overdo it. Nwanne biko don’t be angly."

Maybe he was breed in abroad or deltan..delta or "south south" igbo is full with accent..Same way black Americans tells we r african when we speak

We all have accent. Edo get their accent, Igbo her their accent, Hausa get their accent, Yoruba get their accent. All tribe get accent.

Have you guys not asked yourselves how someone is able to spot an accent when you speak. Somebody meeting you for the first time can just ask you, are you from Edo state.Why, bcos the accent showed up. Accent is general, and Nothing about it.
