"Please don't download my album if you're into Afrobeats. I am not an Afrobeats artiste, I am not Afro anything," Wizkid declared, challenging assumptions about his genre affiliation.
In a subtle caution to fans nostalgic for his earlier works, particularly the track 'Pakurumo' from his debut album 'Superstar', Wizkid advised them to steer clear of his upcoming album.
