Big Brother Naija(BBNaija) Season 9 housemate, Kassia has opened up on how she and her husband and partner on the show, Kellyrae’s pretence of being ‘besties’ is affecting her in the house.
Gistmania recalls that Kassia and Kellyrae, collectively known as DoubleKay, had stated during the season premiere that although they are married, they would use the pretence of being besties in the house as a strategy.
However, Kassia has begun to find difficulties in week 3 of the show. Speaking during the diary session with biggie on Wednesday, Kassia stated that she’s beginning to find it difficult to cope with the pretence.
She lamented: “This whole bestie thing that we are doing is really getting to me, sometimes I just wanna jump on him (Kellyrae) but I can’t because of this whole bestie thing,”
“Most of the tasks that we are asked to do, like the Aquafina Padi of Life task we did yesterday, I couldn’t really express myself because I didn’t want the house to know that we were married. It hasn’t been easy, Big Brother.”
Meanwhile, Kellyrae said he intends to create an impression that he likes Anita and Handi to distract the housemates from thinking about him and Kassia being in a romantic relationship.
He explained: “I intent to give this impression that I like Handi and Anita so that the housemates drift their mind away from Kassia and I,”
