“Not everyone who goes down a dark path comes out whole. Please don’t let go. Keep your head up. I’m rooting for you. Look, your testimony is in this test. I know this because I have walked this path. There was a point in time when I was suicidal. Oh, it was a dark place. But I’m still here.

“Look, I almost lost it. I almost let go. But thankfully, there were people who could speak to me. There were people I could talk to. But not everyone has got the privilege of being able to talk to somebody. That’s why I’m out here encouraging you today. You know that saying, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger?

“Yes. You will come out better. So it doesn’t matter what you’ve lost. It doesn’t matter who has left you. You still have the most important thing. You’re still breathing. You’re still here. You are still alive. That’s the most important thing.”
