Stan Alieke, the legal representative of Speed Darlington, has officially stepped down as his lawyer following the singer’s second release from prison

The development comes amid the ongoing defamation case between Speed Darlington and fellow Nigerian artist Burna Boy.

In a statement shared on his Instagram story, Stan Alieke, who heads the Law Capitol firm, announced his decision to withdraw from representing Speed Darlington.

He wrote:

“I & my law firm (Law Capitol) has officially withdrawn from legally representing Mr. Darlington Achakpo PKA Speed Darlington/Akpi & henceforth ceases to act as his legal attorneys.”

The announcement marks the end of their professional relationship, which had seen Alieke navigating the legal battles surrounding Speed Darlington’s public disputes.
