Which country are you? This thing could be done within the first 4 weeks depending on which country you are.

The Jews will do it within 7 to 14 days and on occasions within 4 weeks. You only need to ask your family doctor for direction on where to get the best treatment and he will direct you. Outside this, you will need to go through National health service which may take up to six months on waiting list even if there is a medical condition, though not serious, which is not the case here but one of tradition.
