There is still madness

A psychiatrist wanted to know how far he had gone in treating his patients, he called them in a hall and drew a door with a piece of chalk. He told them to use the door and all of them except for one sheepishly rushed and was struggling to pass through. The Dr went up to the calm one and asked him why he wasn't struggling with his mates, he replied "All of them are mad, they don't know I have the key to the door".
