I've been working with this woman for two and half years now. I've really come to understand the kind of person she is. she will spoil the good relationship u've established for years once any mistake is made. She doesn't have respect for anybody yet she wants to be respected. She doesn't see fault in herself but sees fault easily in others. Does she really qualify being a boss? Can't cope with her any longer, thinking of how to confront her but don't how to go about it.
Please advice me, here every body's opinion counts
