with no disrespect, this ur question is very immature. why wud u ever asked such? not only men ar horny, girls & ladies do get horny too (infact they get hornier thn guys..lol).  

incase u r serios abt the question -  it is normal to be horny. if as humans we get hungry & needs to feed why won't we get horny & needs to f**k? we need to pro-create! remember?
