I really don't know, is a saying but those that are circumcised enjoy it for sure. They'll even ask for more I was listening to a documentary on female circumcision and the narrator was saying its one of the causes of divorce that it renders the woman useless thereby making her to just lie on bed without any feelings of the real game. And men really admire the woman with great response on bed. Yeah Men love it when the response is very active from the lady, is a kinda turn on for most Men as well. Honestly i don't think there's any different btw the circumcised and uncircumcised ladies, but if there is, I wouldn't know how or what they feel, because as of few mins ago, i just look down below my belt and i saw that i'm having a giant stick in between my thighs. I can only say a thing about that one not the other one
