I disagree with the above statement. i am a woman and when i am among my female friends what we discuss is family issues,happenings around the country,celebrities and probably the lateset gist in town. You cant call that irrelevant conversation. We have men that gossip. They gossip about the ladies especially the lady they made love to,how about that. Is that irrelevant conversation? those that cant do talk about doing...that one na long ting. After working ridiculous hours everyweek n then come back home to child care and home care....If am lucky enuf to hang with my frns for two hours, do u think am gonna wanna sit there and talk about business opportunities that i may or maynot b interested in. Most women are business minded. If I am interested in a particular business venture, I will research online first. Once I obtain more information, then I will inform my frns for advise or just to let them know...that shudnt take a huge percentage of our time together. If hanging with my frns mean that we chat about things that r not practical or serious, then SoBeIt, cuz I bet at that point am all serioused out n I need sum R&R. The above scenario is a typical example of what a career woman/ wife/ mother goes thru.
