I don't get when people say they hate liars but they

sit there and lie themselves out...also,they hate a cheater,?
For example ladies,when you just met  a man,and ask him what are  his dislikes,the first things he will say is,i dislike a cheater,i don't like a woman who cheats,i dislike a liar..and a greedy woman...but they[some] are the ones..with all these bad qualities i listed out and many more...After hearing that then you ask him what are your likes,,,i like a God fearing woman,responsible,real woman who have all the good qualities..also they will say i  need a real love..but when the love is infront of dem[actually some men]they don't know it...the next thing you will hear is i don't see nothing in you...same example goes to a woman or some women...Why do some people do thing the opposite of what they says or hate?
