Nigerian business license

Hello there . I am not sure if this is the place i need to post my question. I am Joseph From India.I am interested in starting a business
in Nigeria. But i have few questions about how can i get a business license ,the procedures for starting a company how can i find business partners etc.If you know about these things please contact me through private message.
