marcikues u just said it all. Frm my analysis of the video I just watched finally. D girl in d video is not a student but a sales girl in a shop, bcos in d video she kept on saying that she needs to get back to the shop before her aunty comes to d shop and dat she will find her back to d shop no need for dem to drop her off. She spoke in igbo if u listen very well. She wasn't screaming or fighting wit any of dem. These guys had no weapon pointed at her. I think she was lured to dat room and got more dan wot she bargained for. Now my question now is why hasn't she come forward to report to any of those guys? D reason is not far fetched. Bcos she doesn't want her aunt to know wot happened. Her aunt will of course ask her wot took her there in d first place. She must have had sumtin to do wit one of those simple and short. Guys do stuffs like dis at times. He simply arranged his frnds to have sex wit her instead of him alone. In dat video she was indirectly telling dem to hurry up dats she needs to get back tod shop b4 her aunt arrives. I believe she is still alive, why hasn't she spoken out yet? How can the Abia state police release such insulting statement?That she consented?This means that the assistant commissioner of police did'nt even bother to watch that video.because if he did,he would have seen that the girl was begging those animals (her attackers). At a stage,those disgraces of the male species beat her up till she started to beg them,calling one of them by his name and still they did'nt have pity on her.Now somebody who am sure is a father and a christian will have the guts to go online and say that a rape victim consented to rape.That is a big disgrace to the girl,her family and Nigerians whom the police are supposed to serve and protect.Its even good that the case is closed,all these insults and comments will at least come to an end.We all know that the police did'nt even want to get involved in this case in the first place.People should remember that..."whatever goes around comes around" Lets us protect our kids!!!

Sorry I haad to revisit this issue!!! I hope the guys that did this keep the video, because they will need to refer to it in future when they cant succeed. God neither sleeps nor slumbers, and they will surely get it. Even if some people claim she deserved it, I hope you understand that the guys will pay the ultimate price as long as God liveth!!!! I rest my case. Amen.

I think you captured the fact in your reaction. I have never heard or seen where someone consented to be raped.  Who is this Police officer who declared he never noticed a rape in that shameful video?  Was that a consented raped when five men gang-raped a woman as she begged to be killed instead? Was that a consented raped when the last guy was pulling her forcefully around in order to indert in dead penis?  Was that a consented raped when she was shouting begging for those dogs to leave to go? I would like to see whoever declared this act a simple consented rape fired. Nigerian government should fire this Police Officer. This case will not die.  We can not sit and watch public raped by children of stupid government officials swept under a carpet. If it means to disgrace Godluck Jonathan and Nigerian government before the UN Assembly, we the people of Federal Republic of Nigeria will do it. Go and tell the IG of Police, Abia Police Dept, Governor of Abia who has been denying that such criminal act took place in ABSU and their shameless praise-singers, that the game is just starting.  We cannot rest until those five good for nothing men are sent to jail. Women, this is time for you to unite with men of goodwill to fight. Either you join  this movement starting from here, or be happy to be the next woman to be gang-raped or abused by useless children of politicians. Shame to Nigerian government, Shame to Police, shame to Abia government, Shame to ABSU, and shame to whoever with intelligence of a chicken thinks what happened in ABSU is a "consented raped".

There is nothing like "consent" when the word "rape" has entered. The police should better think and do something.
