If seduction is the act of enticing sumone from a certain right path or behaviour then the guy is not guilty of the alleged crime as the woman did not succomb to him. However, he mite b guilty of attempted seduction. With a good lawyer, he myt get away wit it n even sue the husband for defamation of character cuz afterall, wot is wrong with helping a frn out. He can even claim wife gave him her numba, his word against her.

Ppl keep saying dat but am not a lawyer but I read a lot of crime novels n law novels + I know a few lawyers (frns n my previous mentor). But some of these things r obvious. From the sound of things no one took a restraining order against him so he is not in a breach of such rules n the allegations set against him are without solid evidence. Can they prove that he knowingly acted in breach of the constitution. Plus did he really? If toasting a married person is a crime then they ought to build more prisons for the hundredsof thousands Nigerians in breach.
