Are you eying the girl because she is living in your house or because you cannot keep to your girlfriend? Is the 'eying' based on love for this girl or are you lusting after someone you should not be with? You put yourself in that situation. If you want to  play 'Away' match, do not ask anyone here to give you permission. As for the prayers you are asking for, forgive me if I tell you that you do not have problems other than the one you gave yourself when you started lusting after your girlfriend's sister.
