But what sort of parents would buy a cell phone for a child of just 11.... and a primary school pupil for that matter?

I still think that there's a lot about this incidence that's not been revealed yet.

Ajanni everything is wrong with that pls... It would be understandable if it's the family home phone...  but to buy a cell phone for a child of just 11, a probably primary 4 or 5 pupil? .............  C'mon man!!!
