Who is the father?

A mother was walking on the street one day with her daughter.

 A passerby saw the baby and said,

"Oh, she's so cute; guess she must look like her father".

 The woman replied, it's a pity she resembled the father, and not my husband".

That i dont know. Might be one of the neighbours, or their landord, the Oga for work be suspect too. Or one of this guys for naijapals.
