Ur right, Sex isnt all it takes to please a guy. Sex is cheap (especially these days). Its everywhere.

Listening to him is one. Girls want to loved; Guys want to be understood. If a guy realises a girl is attentive to him and trusts what he says, he takes more interest in her. Ever notice why women that are happy in love always go "... and he said this so its this," and they say it with enthusiasm and conviction. They'll even pick up arguments with their girl friends if they so little as suggest that what "he" says is not accurately correct.
