Why Do Men Batter Their Wives?

"A man who batter  is wife is no less a criminal than a man who punch a stranger" Says the quote of an emotional researcher.

High perecent of women today has been or are still victims of battery in their own matrimonial homes.

One woman narrates her own story on how her husband often come home after work and on little than no case he throw the woman on the sofa and start beating her on many occassion right infront of ther two little kids. It went so bad that he couldn't even make a proper move to render his due as a man, rather, whenever he feel like making love to his wife he pounce on her like a rapist. Talkless of the countless rotten and hurting words he rain on her. He even have series of heart paining pet names for her.

But why? why would a man who vow to love and cherish a woman suddenly turn a batter? Reseacher has discovered these causes:

* If the man is a product of a domestic violence he will surely produce one
* If he deals with Ilegal drugs.
* Men that cannot control their aggressions easily carry it to their home
* Not having lots of vital things in common such as culture, beliefs and opinions.
* Pressure from friends, books he reads and his kind of movies.
* Unmarried couples living together hardly respect each other.

As much as these factors are concerned they do not justify a batter. And sad to know, many women in the name of keeping their home have been suffering in silence. Though nobody has the right to force a woman to separate or remain in her marriage on such ground, the woman also should have a deep look into the extent of the battery especially when it is doing her physical, spiritual and emotional damage.

Therefore;
Men who have chosen battering as their style of exercising their headship on their wives should  know that doing so will earn them nothing but ETERNAL SUFFERING that is what the inspired word siad @ 1Peter 3:7


Women who have fallen victim can cope by:

* Ensuring to play your role as a wife at home
* Be Prayerful
* Do not hesitate to report to the concerned Authority if its getting out of hand.

Poster, first make we differentiate between beating and batter! Beating is rare but batter is common, right?

Some women sometimes become so naughty that the husband may not hold his temper again. He may decide to beat her into order and if she listens and adjust fine!
 
But batter is when a man takes delight in constantly beating a woman. Such is really not being man enough to continue keeping headache in a home!

Violence in a r/s is just wrong, no excuses, no situation that justifies this behaviour, both male or female.
