It’s no more a secret that the Landlord of the defunct night club, Rehab located at Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island Lagos, Femi Bali is presently on a desperate move to take over the night club business from the owners, Lolu Sodeinde and Owen Aisien.

Yemojanews.com authoritatively gathered that Femi Bali allegedly indicated his interest in the fast rising business some months back and he told the owners his intention to have a stake in the business. We gathered that the duo refused vehemently and this led Bali to increase the rent of the property by over 50per cent without prior notice to his tenants.

Rehab, which was opened for business over a year now was recently closed down by Lolu and Owen whom we gathered engaged in other businesses other than the night club, thus being too busy to give the club their full attention.

We learnt that Aisien presently runs his father’s business conglomerate while Lolu is tied up with the arrival of his new baby in far away United States of America.
