These banks knew exactly who he was and how much he legally earned as a governor and yet they hid him and encouraged him to keep stealing and handing over to them. The UK authority knew that as well but needed the money in the UK economy. It's important to ask: what roll have the UK authority and the UK banks played in this proud case?
