According to him, the country has not rewarded him for his contribution to national soccer development because he scored the first Nigeria world cup goal in 1994 in the U.S.

The mother of the deceased, She said her son had been sick and withdrew to himself about five years ago, adding that they spent all they had to take care of him before his death. (NAN)

an unsong hero, died in a private hospital in ibadan, where we have no proper medical equiptment,
could hav been takin to London, saudi or any part of the world for proper treatment.
ordinary headeach our politicians are outside the country for treatment, what is 1 million naira to a dead man?
and how can that replace a lost person's position in a family and fill the vacuum he left behin?
after dead political office holders and guy men are dia to say wat?
these are men that play real football with passion and pride for dia country, not for money,
God have mercy

                                                             "This Life"

History will never die!!! In 1994 We all watched this Match with Joy,and total Happiness but 18ys later being this Year 2012,we are  playing  the preview video of the same With Tears,Sorrow,Pains and Had I know.  What A Life !!!

This entity called Nigeria has always been a failure to those who served Her honestly / earnestly with all their mind and strength. It is quite unfortunate that Our Leaders only concentrate on Looting the treasures that belongs You and Me to overseas, fighting and killing for power, masturbating power for themselves and the nation has turned it's back to positivity there by investing huge sum of money into girls that goes n*u*d*e and do nasty things in the name of entertainment and celibates that portrait negative images as their main criteria which affects the young ones fast like bacteria while people like You Rashidi Ye King who positively contribute to this Entity called Nigeria suffer and later die in-penury!!!

You had, Governor,NFA,Sports administrators, Rich team mates, rich footballers and all could not come to rescue until you suffer and die in poverty .Know it Now that Nigeria do not value people that crate positive impact to the nation!!!  It is a shame to Our NFA and other prominent people who are close and have access to reach you but could not help you within ur 5 yrs of agony.

You served the nation honestly with ur strength that at a time you wanted to play for NFA for free,a one time African Best Footballer,African first world Cup Goal was recorded on your name,It is Quite unfortunate that we did not appreciate you,and Our  Rich nation, with all our money, wealth and riches could not reward you all your goodies, even on your sick bed for 5 phyuking years ,ur mother toiled and suffered to make sure you live without any external help from our country because we don't have leaders but rulers who do not appreciate or remember that people like you who once made the nation proud before the world exist rather they concentrate only on ruling & looting our treasures.

I know that you are upset with Nigeria wherever you are now,but i believe that God loves You and that's the reason why God allowed ice Rain to fall in Ibadan to cool your tamper, showing that God did not abandon You as Nigeria did.

Even though Your gone,But You still live in Spirit around those that loves and Cherish you,Rashidi Ye King,You are a indeed a Legend and Legends never die, rather they change atmosphere . I will Nerve say Farewell because i now ur still around,Rather say I will Miss You !!!

We are too wicked in this country with the way we treat those people who have contributed positively.
Instead, we honour thieves and treasury looters.
Sir YeKing, RIP.
