Pls is this love? What should i do?

Pls u guys should help me out here. I have a friend who i believes he we love me but while i was in the school early this month i fail sick and was admitted  in the hospital and that was during my first semester exam. I was at the hospital a week and i was nt gettin better before i was taken back to abuja where my family reside's and then admitted in the hospital. Right now am out of the hospital because i am gettin better but i was nt able to finish up my exams which means i have to spill two course i did nt set for during the exam. During the time i was sick right at the school i told my friend and what he did was to send 20,000 for my care and he doesn't always call to kn how i was feeling. The painful thing is that up til now he hasn't come to see me to kn the state of my health. Pls friends is this LOvE?

Don't allow love to kill you before your time, why do you little girls always complain? Someone send you 20k and you are there asking question, maybe you want him to send you his penis in the hospital. LOVER GIRL is this what your poor parent send you to do in school??? Guys have different ways to declare there love and some are just plain gold diggers. So the best bet is to live your life and pray that the right one comes along.

not have all the information about your boyfriend's prior behaviors.
We do know much about the relationship in general.

You never told us why he was unable to visit or call you during
your hospital stay. Is he too poor? He did send you N20,000 to
help with your medical bills.
